brownie
A chocolate brownie, or simply a brownie, is a chocolate baked confection. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. Brownies often,but not always, have a glossy "skin" on their upper crust. They may also include nuts, frosting, chocolate chips, or other ingredients.
Choco mocha
A mocha is a blend of a cappuccino and a hot chocolate. Like a cappuccino it contains espresso, warm milk and a frothy top but it also contains a sweet chocolatey twist using either chocolate powder,chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.hocolate cake or chocolate gâteau is a cake flavored with

Rasamalai
It’s a South Asian dessert, that is essentially just disks of sweetened paneer that have been soaked in a thick milk. The main flavours of the dessert are cardamom and saffron, and then it istypically served with chopped pistachios or almonds. So I made cardamom flavoured cake layers, that I soaked with a cardamom and saffron milk. Then I iced the cake with a cardamom flavoured whipped cream!
